Refund policy

Excluding the event of receiving defective products, we will not be able to handle returns once you have ordered/pre-ordered. In the event of receiving a defective product, please contact us within 2 business days after you have received your goods. Please note you will need to open the package and take pictures of your goods within 24 hours after receiving it.

Please confirm the Model, size options of the product before placing your order. Once the payment has successfully gone through, you are agreeing to be bound by our Returns Policy.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order.

No refund or exchange for items except items with quality issue.

In the event you return and/or refund goods, all tags/free gifts/accessories attached and the original packaging must be included. If we have determined that your purchase does not meet the required conditions, we will not be able to proceed your return/refund application.

Damaged in Transit: If you suspect that your goods have been damaged whilst in transit, we will ask you to report this within 2 days of receipt so that a claim may be made against our couriers.
